Neel Kamal Jain has a long-standing professional expertise of over 22 years with a distinguished track record in managing complex IP portfolios. She is a practicing attorney admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi, and is registered as a qualified Patent Agent [IN/PA-944].
She has extensive experience in the filing and prosecution of patent applications across diverse technological domains, including drafting patent specifications, attending hearings, filing and prosecuting design and copyright applications, conducting trademark searches, formulating protection strategies, and managing opposition proceedings, preparing licence agreements and assignment deeds, managing associated recordals before the Patents, Designs, Trade Marks and Copyright Office. In addition, she is proficient in drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, including technology-transfer arrangements.
